I really felt the time change yesterday. Usually, it does not feel like something I notice but I kinda want my hour back. I mean, I was kinda lazy this weekend so I needed that extra hour because I definitely did not lose it in sleep.
Despite losing an hour, this week I feel much better physically. I started a new vitamin regimen and I also made it to the gym 4 days this week. My fit chick plan is back in effect and I feel good.
I have a goal of running a 5k by my birthday and I also have a desire to lose some of this weight so I can fit my clothes again. All this good eating has left me carrying a food baby much past its due date.
A weekend of bad eating requires a week in the gym. Thank goodness for Charmaine at @caribbeanvibez for keeping me moving throughout the week. Since working out isn’t usually something I love, I try to find activities or classes that will keep me moving while having fun too. I am really enjoying my Dance Fit classes with Charmaine. I met her teaching Zumba at my gym but now she hosts her own Carribean Vibez classes on Friday and Saturday. During the month of March you can attend your first class for FREE after registering online.
There also is a Jamaica vs. Puerto Rico Master Class Dance Off on March 25 that is sure to be a blast. The class is only $15 for 3 hours of dance fun.
