10 Reasons to Dine at Cask Social Kitchen this Fall

I recently had the pleasure of attending an unveiling of the new menu at Cask Social Kitchen in South Tampa. Myself and several other foodies were able to taste the new Fall menu created by Chef Antoine Ludcene. I must admit I had only been to Cask once in the past and while my food good, this visit has made me a raving fan. Let me show the 10 reasons why you should dine at Cask Social kitchen this Fall.

1. Modern Decor

The restaurant has 2 levels both equipped with their own bar and seating area. The loft is often used for private events, whereas the downstairs is for general dining. There is also outdoor seating available if you want to enjoy the fresh air.

2. Popsicle Cocktails

I know we are highlighting the Fall menu but since we live in Florida, the weather is still pretty warm. These popsicle cocktails are a refreshing way to enjoy your liquor.

3. The Bavarian Pretzel

I sampled the Fall menu at Cask Social Kitchen and this menu is a must try. Visit the blog to see the 10 reasons to dine at Cask Social Kitchen this fall.

This is not how the pretzel is presented, you can see the actual presentation on my Instagram timeline. This is how the pretzel was served to us for ease and convenience.  The pretzel is delish but that BEER CHEESE DIP, that’s amazing! We were all trying to think of things we could use as vessels for the cheese dip.

4. Burrata & Heirloom Tomato Salad

I sampled the Fall menu at Cask Social Kitchen and this menu is a must try. Visit the blog to see the 10 reasons to dine at Cask Social Kitchen this fall.

Tomato and Mozzarella is one of my favorite combinations.  This burrata was creamy on the inside and paired perfectly with the balsamic glazed tomatoes.

5. The Crab & ‘Cado – My favorite of the night!

This crab and avocado appetizer was my favorite of the night. This dish was so flavorful! And as you can see they did not skimp on the crab either. Trust me this is worth a try.

6. The Herb Crusted Hanger Steak

I sampled the Fall menu at Cask Social Kitchen and this menu is a must try. Visit the blog to see the 10 reasons to dine at Cask Social Kitchen this fall.

I am a true carnivore so steak is always something I love. Its not always something that is cooked right though. This hanger steak however, was cooked to perfection. Even more than the steak though, I loved the spinach, portobello, sweet potato and goat cheese hash it was served atop. That hash was divine. Overall this made for a truly fantastically composed dish.

7. The Citrus Scallops

I sampled the Fall menu at Cask Social Kitchen and this menu is a must try. Visit the blog to see the 10 reasons to dine at Cask Social Kitchen this fall.

The scallops were cooked perfectly! This dish is a light option for all of the seafood lovers out there. This was definitely a favorite at the table.

8. Seasonal Parfaits

Now you know no meal is complete for me without dessert. The variety of parfaits makes for a great conclusion to the delicious meal. The options available during our visit were Key Lime, Orange Blossom & Strawberry, Nutter Butter and Chocolate Cookie Crumb. For the pumpkin spice fans, we were told there will be something special for you on the Fall menu.

The Chef literally told us he was willing to accommodate guests requests if they came in to dine and wanted something not featured on the menu (within reason of course). I was baffled and excited at the same time. I think this would be a great place for a tasting menu.
